I enjoy all that life has to offer, even if I don't take advantage of it.

I'm sick shit of feeling shit and being lethargic and slightly over weight. I'm 5'8 and 92kgs ( Fark!! I hate Aussie units of weight) 13-14 stone in Ireland Speak. I intend on changing my habits. I don't over eat, or eat alot of junk food, I just can't seem to get motivated.............

If I go to the Gym, I'm all full of beans, can take part in any class, any cycle or run program............. its getting there is the problem. What can one do to get that adrenaline buzz you get at the gym, but get it half an hour before you even tog off?????
